Bonner, Party of 5!

Hey friends!
We OFFICIALLY have some news that we've ALL been waiting for!

We signed an official referral for a sibling group of 3.

Yep.

That's right! 3 kiddos!

There is a sweet sibling group of 3 waiting for their forever family, and we know they belong with us!

The oldest is a boy who is currently 9 turning 10 in July.

The younger two are girls, ages 6 and 8.

AND WE CAN'T WAIT TO MEET THEM.

You may remember in January that I posted here that we were praying for a referral that month.

God answered, and on January 31, we met with our (amazing!) social worker to discuss the possibility of adopting this sibling group of 3. Since then we've been praying for wisdom while filling out paperwork and getting our house ready for 3 kids. We did not want to make it public until we absolutely knew they we would be ours and that we were going.

Today we got that email with the paper to sign!

We do not have a travel date yet but hope to know more details in about 2 weeks. Hopefully we will leave at the end of May...which is perfect since we are both school teachers and school gets out....May 22. God sure does know what He's doing ;)

We'd love to have you lift up a few things in prayer as we wait to leave.

1. Pray that immigration accepts the paperwork and we can get a travel date.
2. Pray for the necessary funding to come in. Our expenses have increased as the number of children we are getting has increased.
3. Pray for us as we wait. We want to make the most of this time preparing our homes and hearts for our children.
4. Pray for them as they wait. Pray they have hope and excitement for a new family in a new country.

Inquiring minds want to know:
No, they do not know English.
We are keeping their names private until we have officially adopted them in Hungary.
We are registered at Target.
We're having a fundraiser here in Hattiesburg! Newk's Eatery is hosting a fundraiser night Monday, April 7th! Hope to see you there!

Thank you again to all who have supported us in this journey so far!
